Ok, I found the invitation, I'm in :)

Breakfast
StoneyFieldFarms Organic Fruit Smoothie Light - 130 Cals - 2.5 Points

Lunch
Root Bear - Caffine and Sugar Free - 0 Cals
Peanutbutter cups - 200 Cals - 5.0 Points
Chicken Pizziola - 230 Cals - 5.5 Points

Snack
1 Glass Skim Milk - 1.7 

Projected Dinner
Chili Lime Grilled Chicken w/ Back Bean Pasta - 340 Cals (16gm fat 4gm Fiber)- 8 Points
Root Beer - Caffine and Sugar Free - 0 Cals

I've had about 4 full glasses of water so far today
Total for day 22.7 Points, ehh, not great.  I guess I could count it as 2.7 of my 35 flex points right?
Goal 20-22 I'm 152lbs, so I guess 22, but will be near the 20 line soon I hope so I'm trying to keep that in mind.
30-32 if taking the 10 nursing points...

I'm questioning the nursing points though. Rach really doesn't nurse that much anymore and eats just about everything (meat, cheese, veggies, fruit, etc.) and its SO MUCH more food then I need if I make better food choices...

Hey guys! I thought maybe there would be interest in posting all our diet/exercize related stuff in one place. If it doesn't catch on, so be it.

So far today:

Breakfast: 3.5
Special K Fruit & Yogurt: 2 pts
1/2 c. skim milk: 1 pt
Coffee w/skim milk & splenda: .5 pt

Lunch: 9.5
Applebee's Chicken sandwich: 7 pts
1/2 the WW cheescake dessert: 2.5
